Q. WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?

- For Local Moves (in NJ only) payment can be made in Certified or Bank Check,Cash,
Money Order or Corp. Purchase Order. (with prior approval)
- Long Distance Moves with us through United Van Lines, allow the above
options plus, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or the Mayflower Card
which has a 90 day "same as cash" option.
Q. WHAT DO I HAVE TO PACK ?
A. What and how much you pack is completely up to you. Central Moving Systems,Inc.
offers a variety of packing options to fit everyones needs and budget.Refer to our
Household Goods Division page for more information on packing.
Q. IF I PACK MYSELF, WHERE CAN I GET BOXES ?
A. Central Moving has everything youll ever need to pack your belonging at
very reasonable prices. We can also deliver any material you may need directly to your
home or business.
Q. WHAT IF I NEED STORAGE FOR MY FURNITURE ?

Q. CAN I LEAVE MY CLOTHING IN THE DRESSER DRAWERS WHEN YOU MOVE ME ?
A. In a word, Yes. We do how ever suggest the you take any small trinkets or
knick-knacks, to avoid having them falling out or falling behind the drawers.
Q. DO YOU DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT MY STEREO, TV, VCR AND COMPUTER ?
A. Do to the limitless configurations electronic equipment has
these days, we prefer to have you the customer hook and unhook your electronics. If you
are unwilling or unable to, we can set up a third-party company to provide that service.
Q. CAN I TAKE HOUSEPLANTS WITH ME ON MY MOVE ?
A. -For Local Moves (1 Day Start to Finish) - Generally it is not
a problem to take a few houseplants with you. Although we do not guarantee or
insure them. -For Long-Distance Moves - We do not accept any plants at all on the vehicle.
Plants do not travel well, and some states do not allows plants to cross state lines.
Q. SPEAKING OF WHAT I CANNOT TAKE, ARE THERE ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT YOU CANNOT MOVE
FOR ME ?
A. There are a few thing on our "Non-Allowables" list.
These items cannot be shipped for a variety of reasons. Among those is crew safety, your
safety, and the safety of your household items.
A BRIEF LIST - Hazardous Materials which include: Gasoline, Fireworks, Oil, Propane,
Pesticides, Kerosene, Ammunition, Chemistry Sets, Paints & Poisons. Perishables:
Frozen Foods, Plants, Produce, Refrigerated Foods, and opened or half used foods. Please
